The state of the art plant is being developed with strategic international partners providing technology, basic & detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning support.

The plant will be World’s largest single stream integrated Ammonia – Urea complex based on KBR & Saipem technologies respectively. It will be state of the art plant with best environment standards and with one of the best energy consumptions. Ammonia technology is based on KBR’s Purifier process and Urea technology on Saipem’s process. Detailed Engineering is being done by PDIL & Saipem, India respectively.

Besides, international companies such as UDHE – India, Ebara Corporation – Japan, Schmidt + Clemens GmbH – Germany, Larsen & Toubro Ltd – India, Mitsubishi Corporation Energy & Chemical Projects Unit – Japan, Linde AG – Germany, Cryostar SAS – France, Nuovo Pignone SpA – (GE, Italy), Villa & Bonaldi SpA – Italy, Boldrocchi S.r.l – Italy are providing critical equipments for the plant.

KBR has designed and engineered more than 200 ammonia plants currently online, comprising more than half of the world's output, which allows it to serve as the global cornerstone for ammonia production.

Saipem – Employing a combination of proprietary and top-of-the-line third party technologies, Saipem has designed and built more than 400 plants worldwide to produce chemicals, mostly from natural gas.
These include integrated complexes to produce Urea, a leading fertilizer, based on Snamprogetti™ proprietary technology, licensed to date to 115 units.
