Qualification & Experience:

B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 18-20 years of experience in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry.

Location:

Panagarh, West Bengal

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the plant on day-to-day basis and is accountable for the quality Assurance of the products.
  • To ensure and maintain with world class HSE standards, monitor it to maintain zero accident and able to handle IMS auditors smoothly.
  • Plan budgeting, cost control, maintenance planning, Shutdowns, and turnarounds.
  • To liaise with equipment manufacturers, Vendors, OEM of Rotary equipment to ensure plant updating.
  • Initiate and encourage improvements, innovations and ensure that they are safely implemented within the statutes.
  • To coach and guide the team members continually to improve their capabilities for developing next line of leadership.

Skills:

Should have leadership skill with very good communication ability and strategic thinking.

Qualification & Experience:

B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 18-20 years of experience in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry.
Location Panagarh, West Bengal

Job Responsibility:

  • To lead the operations of the Urea plant and meet the production target within budgetary norms and as per the business plan.
  • To ensure and maintain with world class HSE standards, monitor it to maintain zero accidents and handle IMS auditors smoothly.
  • Plan budgeting, cost control, maintenance planning, Shutdowns, and turnarounds

Job Responsibility:

  • Identification & implementation of Energy saving projects.
  • Monitoring the performance of the plant. Benchmarking data collection Management Information System (MIS).
  • Ammonia/Urea plant Process Parameters monitoring. Ammonia/Urea Plant Performance monitoring & and discussion.
  • Production /Energy calculation; Mass balance, heat balance etc. Assist in Plant start-up & and performance testing.
  • Documentation control of department’s Primary Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience:

B. Tech \ B.E in Electrical with 18-20 years of experience in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry.

Location:

Panagarh, West Bengal

Job responsibility:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of all activities of Electrical Department with optimum utilization of resources, ensuring zero breakdown, uninterrupted power supply, zero accident and compliance of statutory requirements of state and central government.
  • Develop strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans and existing conditions, determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and preparing cost estimates and budgets.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts, components, spares and services required and manage inventory.
  • Oversee capital procurement and shutdown and continuous improvement, safety & cost-saving initiatives.
  • Responsible for effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment like HD Motors, Generators, Transformers, Relays (Microprocessor based).
  • In-depth knowledge of preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, is mandatory.

Qualification & Experience:

Post-graduate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specialization in Human Resources.
12-14 years of HR generalist experience, with a majority focus on L&D, Talent Management, and HR Operations.

Job responsibility:

  • To evaluate and enforce HR interventions ranging from PMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, and HR Operations to achieve the overall HR mission of the organization.
  • Manage Organisational transformation & change through timely & effective Implementation of OD interventions.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Implementing, benchmarking HR practices like Mentoring, Objective Performance feedback, Reward Management, System improvement etc.
  • Develop & implement competency-based HR Systems such as Succession Planning, Talent management, Job rotation.
  • Retain & develop talent in the organisation.
  • Managing engagement of employees and developing strong Learning & development

Skills:

  • Should have good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and Presentation skills

Qualification & Experience:

CA with 10-12 years of experience in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry.

Location:

Noida (U.P.)

Job responsibility:

  • Manage the finance and accounting operations of the company, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, bank reconciliation, Monthly closing activities, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes.
  • Handling Audits (Statutory Audits, Tax Audits)
  • Executing Direct Tax (TDS, Income Tax) & Indirect Tax (GST) Monthly Compliances.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the company’s financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Skills:

  • Should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Should have Knowledge of SAP

Qualification & Experience:

CA/MBA/PGDM in Finance with 6 – 8 years of experience in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry.

Location:

Noida (U.P.)

Job responsibility:

  • Manage the finance and accounting operations of the company, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, bank reconciliation, Monthly closing activities, etc.
  • Budgeting, MIS & Budgetary Control.
  • To ensure timely receipt and Accounting of all Invoices along with control system.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of concern.
  • Audits and Compliance Governance, Taxation of the Areas.

Skills:

  • Should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Should have Knowledge of SAP or financial software
