Matix has a strong distribution network of nearly 700 dealers covering the north-east and eastern regions of India.

The eastern region India annually consumes about 9 MMT of fertilisers–5 MMT of Urea and 4 MMT of other fertilisers. The Matix plant is based in this acute urea-deficit region, which is also a growing consumption center with an assured market.

The plant is strategically located to serve this region with its proximity to the national highway. The plant has a private rail line connecting it to the national railway network. It is also connected to the Kolkata and Haldia ports, along with Durgapur and Kolkata airports.
